I've just bought my son a new Android tablet 4.0 A10 over the internet for his birthday. It won't boot & just hangs but it's only 2 months old. The supplier won't reply to emails so it looks as if I'm stuffed unless someone can help. I'm in the UK.
I've tried pressing the reset button quickly & for a longer period but it doesn't help.
As these items are often sold under different names, here's some of the advertised spec. which might help identify it.
Please can anyone offer some advice on getting it working again?
