Just opened my new Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7" and it won't power on. Do I need to charge 1st? Just asking because when I was doing research on Tabs all the videos I watched on this Tab showed them powering on when they first unboxed. New to Tabs so any help is appreciated. Is it best to charge on PC or outlet? Thank-you!
