New guy to here and tablets

Hi, my name is Don and I am in Van Nuys Ca. Just purchased a Coby 7042 tablet to get into these cheaply. It seems to do what I need so far. This will be more of a toy than anything else. Found the site while doing research on tablets. Looking forward to meeting others on the site, textually spraking and hope to not get locked out too soon due to my sense of humor.

Hi Don, glad to have you as a member of Android Tablets. Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new tablet. If/when you need anything regarding your Coby 7042, just head on over to the Coby forum and ask whatever questions you have. There are a lot of friendly knowledgeable folks there and I'm sure they'll do whatever they can to help you along. Unless your sense of humor somehow violates "The Golden Rule" don't worry about getting "locked out" because of it. We like to maintain a casual, friendly atmosphere around here and a little friendly kidding around is often part of that.
