New Market 3.0.2x for MID7022

I know I have seen the threads where people say they have the updated market which looks like this, first picture, which is the version 3.0.2x. But the only one I can get to work looks like the second picture, version 1.82. If someone can tell me how to get the version 3.0.2x to work and send me an apk, I would greatly appreciate it. The ones I have found on posts for the 7024 install, but force close upon opening. BTW, Drocap2 works great on the 7022 and on my Evo 3D, where I got the screen shot for the version 3.0.2x.

uninstall the old market before installing the new one.

So other than the new graphics and books in the newer version of the Market, are there anymore advantages to downloading this new version? Does it have more apps or apps that aren't available on the older version?

all apps show up even if not compatible (even if they actually work on our tablet). It will just not let you download it. I just installed the new 3.1.3 market which I really like because you can add a PIN number for purchases so no one can just pick up your tablet and accidentally download a paid app. Also now it has a big yellow message at top telling you an app is not compatible.

I was able to install it over 3.0.27 without restarting the tablet and without uninstalling anything. Set up my pin number and everything.
