I am a 60 year old geek, that knows enough just to be dangerous
I love my Harley Electra-Glide, backpacking (Summitted Mt. Whitney in August), cycling and my four grand-kids.
Started out with a Commodore 64 in the 80's, a CNE in the 90's and bought my Droid 1 in January. Have a Galaxy Tab, now, too...Both rooted and rockin'.
I am also the CEO/GM of an event facility in Southern California.
I really do appreciate the forums that have popped up supporting the Android Platform and the community that it has created, especially Droid-Life and droidforums.net. It is way cool!
What bums me out is the petty complaining or knocking of products people haven't even had in their hands, i.e. a 7" tablet and so on...I love my Droid and now my Tab.
Best part of my life is I am retiring in a year, moving back to Oregon to really be a grandfather...BTW - I have a very understanding wife when it comes to my techie side!
