Hi Grayson73, the CPU of this New A10 is Freescale i.MX6Q Quad-Core which is running Quad-Core and RK3066 is a dual core CPU chipset from Rockchip.

Yes, but Quad Core doesn't necessarily mean it's 2x faster. Was wondering how much faster (if at all)

The Antutu Benchmark of the quad core A10 is 9181, the screenshot is in below.

For your reference,

The Dual core CPU RK3066, the scores is around 6000-7000

For Single CPU Allwinner A10, the scores is around 2500

Thanks!

Mine arrived yesterday, I'm very happy with it. Took me a moment to figure out how to get it to the normal english android, as it was mostly showing things in chinese and even the keyboard was not the proper android one.. I'm happy with it now though, it runs smoothly. Not sure about the battery, it seems to go down fairly quickly, though I was doing a lot with the tablet as it did.
The only thing I can't figure out is how to tether it to my phone to get internet connection... I don't have wifi at home.

Hi TheKakistocracy,

Please turn on the 3G / GPRS of the mobile phone and make sure the phone can support "Tethering and portable hotspot" and enable this function. Afterwards you can turn on the wifi of Ampe A10, then connect to the phone WIFI.

Thanks.
