New Screen Not Responding

Hi,
Maybe somebody can help me with this. I just replaced the digitizer and screen on an acer iconia b1 710. After completing the touch screen doesn't respond. I tried re- installing the screen connection and also restarted the tablet. Any ideas as to why a brand new screen isn't working? Thanks in advance. ..

I ran into the same issue with a Lenovo A1 after I replaced the touch screen. I found a fix on the Lenovo forums but I'm not allowed to link to it here. Send me a PM and I'll send you the link, and maybe that will work for you.
