New Tablet Buying Guide Required

Hello guys,

I need some help in buying a new tablet. I have some specification as follows,

(*) Android 2.3
(*) In-build Camera (Minimum 2MPx )
(*) Internal 3G SIM Slot
(*) Internal Memory
(*) Capacitive Screen

I am willing to spend र7000 to र12000 ($140 to $240). But if you suggest more than that i can able change my budget too and i don't care about the other specifications like screen size..etc. Hope soon i'll get an affordable tablet suggestion.
