New Tablet Stuck on Boot Screen

Hi

Wondered if there was anyone out there that could help me.
I have a 7" Android A13 Tablet PC running ICS 4.0, it worked
fine for 2 days. Now it it is stuck on the Android logo boot screen,
If i reset (Holding power off for 10 secs)
it goes to the battery animation (if plugged in)

Ive been trying to do a factory reset, but i do not
know the button combinations (i do not have a home button)

So far i have pressed vol up+vol down whilst powering up
to enable the red triangle.. but cant get any further

any help would be great

I am having the same issue it appears. My screen is stuck on the ice cream sandwich man and won"t go any further. I have a Android Tablet PC 4.0 / Model# M729.

same thing happens with me, a13 4.0. stuck on screen with a little green man, really really annoyed!
