New to Tablets and new to a ONDA VI30

Hi to all!
I am new to Tablets.
A friend bought for me in China an Onda VI30 ,Android 2.3 OS, RK2918 ARMv7 Cortex-A8 1.2GHz CPU ,16GB flash memory ,RAM 512MB DDR3. All preloaded programs are in Chinese.
My questions are :
1) I don’t have a user manual in English, where can I get one ?
2) What should I do for this tablet to run in English ?
