Noob here ..to Android. Fairly well versed in PC build and all.
Looking to buy a tablet ..trying to stay at about 200.00 or maybe even less ..w/ a capacitive screen.
Most are 800x 480 resolution, such as this ..
E-FUN NextBook PREMIUM 7 Android Tablet 7 inch Capacitive Multi-Touch-Google Android OS 2.3-Capacitive Touch-Kobo-Cortex-A8 1GHz - DinoDirect.com
Others ..just a bit more, are 1024x768 ..like this one ...
New MID V8 Google Android 2.3 8" Capacitive Touchscreen Tablet PC Brown - DinoDirect.com
So, is the higher resolution worth it in such a small screen? If this was a PC, I would go easily with the higher spec, but I know that higher screen settings require more power - easily covered by a PC.
SO ..given limited power in these units, could that make the 800x480 faster ...and still give great/adequate IQ ..say for jpegs?
Thanks for ANY & ALL help ..want to make the best decision I can ..so don't be shy.
