Anyone had any experience with this company.

I notice a couple of people recommending them for accessories.

I ordered a Archos 70 case and some other accessories from them on 26 December and they advised it was shipped on 29 December and I should expect goods in 7-10 days and gave me a tracking number etc which I noticed never changed from status of shipped.

Yesterday I get a email saying they just shipped my order 2.5 weeks after their first advice, I asked what was happening but have got no reply.

Anyone else dealt with these folks, are they OK?

I have ordered a screen protector and battery package. It wasnt the quickest delivery but i did get the goods

I ordered a few things from them in 2 different orders. Both back in mid to late December. Both orders shipped in a couple of days and arrived a couple of days later.

I wonder if they are overwhelmed with the 101 now shipping and all of us recommending them. That is sad to hear that others are having problems.

I ordered the leather case for my 70 from them. Their shipping takes forever but it got to me just fine. Great case except be careful the 70 doesn't slip through the top of it as it is open with no way to lock in your device.

I ordered a Archos 70 USB power cord on Sunday 1/09/11 and received it Wedensday 1/12/11. That's FAST!

I live in a suburb of Buffalo, NY and it looks like the item was shipped out of North Carolina. That's not far at all when it comes to shipping.

Only complaint (minor) - was that the tracking number they gave me from USPS only showed a staus of shipped at least until the day before I actually received it.

Yes, I ordered a couple of USB to 3.5mm barrel cables to power my Archos 70 from USB chargers. Only took a week or so. Not good compared to Amazon, but not bad compared to ordering from Hong Kong!

I am still waiting but they have confirmed the problem by email and are re shipping. In the meantime I have adapted a foam pencil case and the original packaging as a temporary case. Actually works quite well.

Anyone else noticed that Google spellchecker doesn’t work on this forum or are you all good spellers?

Thanks for that advice I live in fear of dropping this thing so I will need to be careful. Maybe case can be adapted to be a bit safer.

So after waiting nearly 4 weeks the shipment finally arrived it was only posted on January 12 despite the shipping notice saying December 29.

Just to complete the saga the case sent was for a 101 not a 70. Not a good experience.

Total contrast to great service from Scott at HotMP3gear.com who shipped goods to Australia in 7 days

Yeah right. It is really terrifying one. I hope that UK will solve this issue immediately.

I have just ordered a case for my gen 9 101. Their "tracking" website suggests that it has been shipped, but that was 12 days ago. Unless it is being delivered on foot it is a pretty poor show, beaten only by Archos making me wait 3 months for the original 101 and 10 weeks for the replacement when that broke (although I did get a free upgrade). Can't help feel that anything to do with Archos is very very slow
