No access to Android Market, Update no aviable

Hi guys,
Santa brings me a SuperPad for Xmas and it looks great

The problem is that I cannot access to Android Market :

"A network error has occurred. Retry, or cancel and return to the previous screen"

.
I checked up on this forum and tried to update the firmware. When I go to SystemUpdate>Check updating it says

"The system has been to the leatest version"

.

How can I fix these problems ?
I want to install new apps and if it is possible, update android to 2.2. or newer

Firmware version = 2.1-update1 V1.8:#2752
Kernel version = 2.6.32.9
Model Number = SAWEE Pad

I also have just got a supapad with the same issue. Did you get this issue fixed?
