OEM Low End China Tablet Web Radio Problem

hi,

i have an low end 7 inches OEM China brand using boxchip A10 with 1G ram and Android 4.0 tablet PC. Trying to use many web radio apps such as Live365 and A Online Radio, can let me download and install but cannot play.

Anyone here experience the same? Anything can help to resolve? Urgent!!!!!
