For folks who live in China, there is a new iPad Air 2 clone which may be worth forking over your hard earned dollars for. It's called the Onda V919 3G Air, and it comes surprisingly well equipped for a device that costs only $193 USD equivalent. Besides the great price and solid specs (detailed below) the tablet also dual-boots between Windows 8.1 and Android 4.4 KitKat (no word on Lollipop availability).
Here's the breakdown of specs:
- 9.7-inch 4:3 display with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels
- 64-bit Intel Bay Trail-T Z3736F quad-core (2.16GHz) CPU
- 2GB of RAM,
- 64GB of internal storage
- Optional microSD slot for up to 128GB
- 3G connectivity supports WCDMA bands, (can also place calls while browsing the web)
