Onda Vi40 Help please

Took tablet back to factory reset,big mistake...rebooted in Chinese. Managed to sort Language out and now English(with a bit Chinese lol) but have no Google and cannot connect to Internet .
My WiFi connection is showing on and connected .Grateful for any help..thank you

Surely there must be someone else that has had this problem.....come on could do with a bit of help please
