Hi, thank you for helping. I first bought my Pandigital Novel and didn't like it. So I sold it on ebay! Sadly however, my worst nightmare has come true... Now let me explain.
The item was delivered to their house today and unfortunately they wish to factory reset the item. In order to do that, they need the lock password I had set. Now I don't remember such lock password.. (see my issue?)
Is there ANY possible way they can either recover the password or factory reset the device without entering such password? I have searched google for a while and haven't found a single thing that could help. I can't exactly do all the methods they mentioned. So basically I'm stuck.. Please for the love of god, help me. Any recommendations will make my day.
