I have a new Android 4.o Tablet that uses a Logitach PC keyboard without any trouble..except when I use "Shift Character" to go to the "Upper Case Characters" along the top row on the QERTY PC USB Keyboard the characters do not match the keys. I can nopt find where I can change the keyboard recognition for standard english keystrokes. Any suggesstions?
