Pipo s1 will not charge

I have a Pipo S1 7'' Tablet...I have it now about 3 Months..the tablet will not charge or come on when I plug it into my Desktop computer.....would anybody know if it has a reset button on this tablet....or would anybody have any other suggestions on how to fix this problem.....Thank you
