Pipo U1Pro Flicker Screen

Hi, I just bought a Pipo U1pro for my childrens but after the very first charge the screens seems to flicker all the time, as long the battery goes down the screen brightness fades to black, at almost impossible to use!
I charge and discharge the tablet, try hardware reset, firm update and nothing seems to work!. As I am in Uruguay in the other side of the globe in reference with the seller and so I have no option to returned it, I appreciate yours opinions of the problem
It could be a battery or screen problem? because I´m evaluating buying a Samsung T1000 battery and try to change the original one.

Waiting for my u1pro to arrive, hope I don't have the same problems.

So far in the hour or two that I've used mine, no screen flicking or other problems. I did update to the newest English firmware from the Pipo website and maybe this has something to do with the lack of problems.

I'll give a more detailed review when I have more time with this tablet.
