Playing YouTube videos

I go to YouTube and try to play a video and I just see "Downloading Video." It doesn't play but just keeps saying "Downloading Video."
Why doesn't YouTube videos play. Does it have to do with the new firmware? Version 2.0133. I am quite sure I could play YouTube videos previously.
My grandson is very sad that he cannot watch YouTube videos on this Elocity A7.

check your wifi signal strength,
try playing the video is SD and see if that works,
or try the mobile youtube site,
YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.
