Hi - I have used a flight planning app (OpenFlightGPS) on my Asus Transformer 101 for a year. But when I try to load the app onto my Asus Memo Pad 7" from the Playstore I get the message "App not compatible with this device" and am blocked from downloading the app onto the Memo. I imagine I get this message because the Memo tablet does not have a built in GPS. However, I do not use the GPS function in this app. I only use the FAA charts in the app for flight planning on the ground.
Is there any way to get around this Playstore block so that I can at least try the app on my Memo Pad? Checking 'Unsure Source' under settings maybe? Or, what would happen if I connected my Memo to my TF101 and went to Playstore on the TF101. Is there a way to down load an app thru one device to another device?
