PLDT Telpad Ideos S7 Slim: Need Original ROM/Firmware

Heyyy guys I know s7 slim is already so old but I need the original rom for Telpad ideos s7 slim from the Philippines (PLDT). I flashed cyanogen10 and it's working fine. my problem is the dialer app for landline is not working. I forgot to backup (yeah. . sucks) and now I need to find the original rom.
