Please Help with USB connection to PC

Have 7" tablet running TCC8902 800mHz. The device has two mini USB ports. One is Host 1.1 USB the other is OTG 2.0. Not sure what the difference is? Firstly my PC see the device as an Android Eclair! But I cannot get onto it. Drive F and G are shown but not accessiable. Says insert drive? Can someone please adivce how I get the device connected to my PC through one of the USB ports.

Just had same problem , is sorted by

1) in settings , click applications , development take tick off usb debugging
2) when the usb icon is displayed on your android click and MOUNT - YOU CAN MOUNT EITHER DRIVE
