please help

i have recently brought a second hand tablet  ANDROID mid710A DIGITRONIC  and the previous owner has put a passwrod on it.  IT  has gone past the five attempts to login so is asking me for a google username and password  but i dont have that either. have no way of contacting the previous owner.I  am wanting to factory reset it but have tried everything on the net to do this and none of it works . please help
