If technology isn't your strong suit, install the Amazon Appstore instead. Installing the Play Store on these tablets is possible, and instructions are provided in the Development sub-forum. But it requires rooting the tablet, installing a custom recovery, removing about 50MB of bloatware, then actually installing the Google apps.
