I just got 2 androids 2.2 for my twins when they were done charging turned them on and one works fine but the other is stuck on a screen with a green robut and won't go to anything else what can I do to get it to work now. Thank you tap41

Can you please provide more information on what type of tablets they are? It sounds like an error in the OS, but there are dependencies for fixes on the hardware.

All I know is they are Android OS 2.2 kernel 2.6.32 Build number V1.5.3 when its turned on a green robot appears and can't do anything else. Is that what you need to know or other info.. Thanks for helping tap41 p.s on the box it says MID

I might just be a bad apple (pun intended).

If is that new of a device I would just exchange it for a new one.

press the reset button located inside small hole which is placed inbetwen the DC power and headphone jack points. It will reboot and hope it may solve your problem.
