Pls. Help! How to root & put Google Play store om Coby Kyros mid8048-4

I am a new member on this forum and had bought recently Coby Kyros mid8048-4. Can anybody pls help me how to have google playstore installed in my tablet and how to safely root it. A step by step procedure will be highly appreciated.. Thanks in advance!
