Polaroid P902 Stuck In Boot Loop

Ok what I’ve got is a Polaroid p902 9inch tablet stuck in boot loop it’s got a rockchip RK3128 processor and I have no idea where to find firmware to get it back to recover or to flash a new rom onto the device can any one help with some advice or direction?

Contact Polaroid, though given they license their name for use on products I don't think they'll be of much help with the firmware. That said, have you tried going into the device's recovery and performing a factory reset of the tablet? If not rooted and are bootlooping, the factory reset should resolve most issues unless there is an unspecified hardware failure somewhere.

Turn off your system
Press and hold the power and + volume key
Use volume keys to highlight factory reset
Press the power button to submit
The system will fully factory reset
