problem in tecc8900 tab not work grapics

hi i have android tablet which has telechip 8900evb demo board it processor 720mhz+mali 200 gpu and ram 127 it run on android 2.2update1 which is i think fake my problem is when i start game nfs shift (any game) which strat very well no any lag but it not display well seee pics

Maybe there is not enough ram left for caching the modell-graphics?
