Problem with bsnl tablet pls guide !!!!!!

i have bsnl tablet used to hang at android logo i re installed the android with version 2.3.3 v 2.4.283

but now videos are not working when i play video it restarts

i saw another bsnl tablet it was having original android 2.3.3 v 2.0.247 version installed in it


what should i do now and from where can i get previous version
