Problem with WOWPAD : E: Can not mount CACHE: recovey

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and I have an Overlay:
512mb
4GB
2 Slots SDcard

but change the firmware and now my tablet is not responding .. (freeze in the green screen)

recovery in the tablet reads:
E: Can not mount CACHE: recovey / command
E: Can not mount CACHE: recovey / log

* I try with several updates over USB and SD
* I make apply sdcard: update
* also wipe data / factory reset
* wipe cache partition
* And look for solutions in various forums, but no results

Can you help please
