problemdropad a8 problem with turn on dont show nothing

I have a dropad a8 tablet, now recently I've forgotten the access code so I pressed the on button and MENU and since the device fails,

if i press on buttont it shows me a picture of Android then the company's: DROPAD logo and then it turn off

And when I press the MENU and shutdown \ turning when it's off it shows me this menu:
