i soldered wires from a USB cable to the PCB on my S7 since it's getting installed in the dash of my car permanently. i can get it to connect to the portable HD, but it will not connect with my laptop. i have a switch to change between regular USB and OTG for toggling between laptop and HD, and that's working just fine. has anyone else tried doing something like this and have any insight on why it's not connecting to my computer?
