Greetings, all!
My youngest son has the aforementioned tablet & forgot his graphic password. Proscan tech support is sub-optimal to put it mildly. This model does not have a volume button, but does have a home button. I followed the tech support steps to try & update the firmware but that failed. I also tried using Phoenixbox to load a different android image. Thus far, nothing works. I have found no way to get the tablet to boot from the microSD or to get it restored to factory defaults. Getting it to do either would help tons.
