proscan tablet wont turn on???

I NEED HELP....MY BOYFRIEND JUST GOT A PROSCAN PLT4311 tablet, and the damn thing wont turn on....why?? please help...anyone....thanx

I'm guessing you guys figured it out by now. But just in case, most small gadgets require an initial "big charge", meaning at least 2-3 hrs. A phone I had required about 5 on the first go around. After that, you should need only about 2 hours.
