[Q] Kyros 7022 - Sleep Mode Issues.

i have CWM5 / CM7 on my device.



the device will go into sleep mode no problem, and it will wake from sleep mode with no problem by pressing the power button.



but after being put into sleep mode, and letting it sit there w/o touching or moving the device, it will randomly turn on the screen to the lock screen (If it is enabled) then after a few seconds, go back into sleep, then repeat this process after several seconds.



any ideas to what could be causing the device to wake up, and go back to sleep like this?

This has been addressed in other threads....see the links to similar threads on this page below. Advance WiFi Lock Free on Market will solve this issue for you.

It's a known problem with these units when WiFi turns off while in stand by. A workaround is simply set WiFi Sleep Policy to never, i.e. WiFi will be always on (battery will drain faster, of course).
