question about flash 10.1

I got this haipad mid701 with Android 2.2 ,but it has no flash player...... the big thing /difference is supposed to be flash but I don't have it. Is anyone else having this problem???????????

yes it was preinstalled i bought it from a site called **********(e11 tablet). Im not sure if it has something wrong or the 2.2 software for this pad isnt finished. Is their any way to install flash 10 myself?
