Questions about SD Card Management

I have a 7-inch Kocaso Android tablet with System 4.4.4 - (Is that KitKat?). I am very new to this device although I am familiar with computers and laptops.

Is Kocaso a "good" device maker?

I have installed an SD Card with 16GB.

I want to be able to manage this card: Create folders, Move files, such as pictures from the "Gallery" to the card, set up directory structure, such as "Sally's Wedding", "Disney World 2016", etc.

I have a device that takes the card and attaches it to a USB stick. I'd like to be able to move files to my computer.

Can someone please recommend a Card Manager, plus documentation which helps me use it?

Welcome to the forum

You may be able to plug the SD card using the adapter, (USB stick) into your computer. You should be able to use Windows Explorer (file manager) to organize the card. Most any Android file manager can as well. I mostly use ES File Explorer on Android but I don't know of any card manager designed for a PC other than Explorer.
