Ramos W17PRO tablet speed

I bought a Ramos W17PRO 16GB tablet recently. It is a fine product except that when I tried to open a big file (more than 1MB), it takes a long time and sometimes the message "out of memory" comes out.

Can anyone advise me whether can I increase the RAM for this tablet.
