Ramos w27 pro came with a a broken internal screen

Hello i am a newbie. Please help me. I ordered a ramos w27 pro from china and got it today. But when i tried to turn it on it looks like broken (i think the problem is in the internal screen). I attached a photo of the tablet.

Is there anyway i can repair it myself and if not what can i do?
