RCA Voyager 3 Activation Screen Bypass

How does one bypass the initial activation screen on this tablet? no paperwork, was bought like new from someone. Is there a program that allows me to find the code in the system files??

The only way to get around Google's Factory Reset Protection (what you're encountering) is by knowing the username and password of the account that was last on it. The username and password is stored on Google's servers, so digging into the system files won't help. In the past, there were methods of bypassing FRP, but those loopholes have been patched for some 18 months now.

Get your money back, if you can.
