I have two unbranded Tab-PCs with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread. Some programs recognizes and list out the (mounted) card, but some programs do not.
The file managers, that one comes built in and the other I downloaded from Android Market (free), do recognize the card and the files available. From those file managers I choose ebooks, office documents, PDF files, media files etc, which gives the list of choice, which then open the file/s and run.
Why many software do not recognize the mounted card, while only a few do? Is there any bug in my device/s, or is thee any bug in the system or the software?
Another question: why the software of Android Tablets and Phones do not give a choice for selecting "default folder" for working on from withing that software, like "Document to go" or "Quicj Office" etc.?
