Recommend me a tablet which has 3G, GPS and mini-USB charger

I need your help. I want 200 tablets with android 2.3 or higher. It must have:

• quality
• 3G Integrated
• GPS Integrated
• mini-USB connectr -charger
• under $250

I don't think that tablets (any brand / kind) can charge on USB.

If there's any, that's the one you need. I can suggest ACER Brand since that's the Best Buy Tablet so far and under $250, it's a 7" tablet and you cannot find a 10" under $300 and below.

Any more suggestions?

Viewpad7 has power supply via USB. We need USB power supply because our softwere reads what type of power is (powered by charger - 1 or power by usb - 2).

We have three different plates. Only one can be charged via USB.
