I bought an Irulu AL007 tablet for my daughter. it has chinese lettering even thought i have changed the language and time zone to my area. it has inappropriate content (porn apps) in the market and will not let me download temple run game. says the game is not allowed in china.

I don't think what you want to do is going to happen. Many tablets have firmware specific to the country it was intended for. You may want to (should) return it for a tablet for the USA.
