Got mine brand spanking new from the local WalMart for the same price. However I hope someone jumps on this. These are great tablets with a little sprucing up. You know....a app here and a app there.

It's a good little tablet and will only get better with tablet specific firmware. ICS or HC, whichever comes out in the next few weeks.

My wife bought me a refurb for Christmas. Went online to register and Vizio said my SN wasn't listed as a refurb so I had to register it as "New" .. . Awwwww!

(btw: My Vizio kicks her Kindle Fire's ass!)
