Reinstalling OS on WM8650

Greetings from an android newbee,

My Android is hanging on boot, and I would like to try to reinstall the Os this is running 2.3, can anyone tell me a) where I can download the OS from and b) the process on how to do it.

Friends, please help.

I have a tablet brand RoHS Model BLY - 706F FCC CE where the manual describes how WM8650 6.98 "Android Tablet PC and nothing else.

I tried to reinstall the firmware 1.5.5 v9.1.2 WMUnvUbr [GSMFans.Jhoon] .7 z, WMUnvUbr eWMUnvUbr v10 v12 but not loads the OS

What am I doing wrong?
