Reset to Factory Settings in Chinese or Japanese

Hi not sure if anyone can help me, my son has reset my tablet to chinese or Japanese. It also looks like all the settings that I had put on it have gone also with all the data.
The trouble is I cant change the language back to English as I dont know Chinese or Japanese.
Is all my data retrievable or not.

If, in fact, your tablet has been reset to factory settings, then all your data is gone. As for the challenge of changing the language, one question: Is there a Chinese restaurant in your neighbourhood with a waiter who may also be a geek?

For Android - Settings - Capital "A" on left side - then first Choice on top right side --- scroll down to select language. Tap on English or your preferred choice

Glad to hear that you were able to get your tablet back up and running again and at least retrieve the movies.

Lost everything but the movies.

Too bad about your data, but you can restore all of your apps by downloading them again. Once you've bought them they're yours, and you won't have to buy them again.

Hi

The movies were corrupt and the internal memory seams to be full and I cant see what is taking up all the space.
I can only down load small apps then move them to the sd card. Which has loads of space on it.
Trouble is i need it for a 4 year old to keep him happy on a long trip.
The last momo i got broke and this is the replacement one.
So far i am not to happy with it.
