Resistive Touch Screen Doesn't Work

i have a Zenithink ZT-180 Epad 10 inch Android 2.2 Tablet PC Resistive Touch Screen 1024*600 ZT-180 1.0GHz 512MB DDRI-- MANY PROBLEMS Adapting to android since many years using windows. last trouble was i cant use the tuch screen. any help will be appreciated .. another help: what kind of 3g donger should a use for wcdma connection to internet? thanks in advance

Have you tried the Menu>Settings>Calibrate?

Edit: if you can't get to settings via the touch-screen you may have to use a USB Mouse.
