I am hoping this functionality exists. I am not sure how to do this - maybe someone can help. I am on my Android tablet using an app, I go to the home screen to do something else, and I want to return to the app I was in. The only way I know how to do this is to find that app on homescreen and re-enter it that way. Is there a function to do this a different way? Like in Windows I would hit Alt+Tab or just bounce between windows. Thanks!

What version of Android. Some versions would allow you by holding the Home icon and the apps would appear. Others work by holding what looks like three overlapping squares. It shows all loaded apps and then you tap on the app you have loaded
